Pricing may change due to:

• Fuel cost increases
• Changes to shipment requirements

Quotes are not guaranteed until the shipment is officially scheduled and confirmed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• Ensure the vehicle is legally owned or authorized for shipment.
• Remove all personal belongings unless otherwise approved.
• Maintain approximately one-quarter tank of fuel.
• Disclose any vehicle modifications or mechanical issues.
• Be available (or provide an authorized representative) during pickup and delivery inspections.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for documenting the vehicle’s condition before shipment.

A vehicle inspection report (Bill of Lading) will be completed at pickup and delivery.

Spring Horizon Auto Car Shipping is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical failures
• Fluid leaks
• Electrical malfunctions
• Damage caused by improperly secured aftermarket accessories

Customers should report any concerns immediately upon delivery.

5. Transit Times

Estimated pickup and delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
